Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on your location and are provided as a general guide only. While we work with reliable courier partners, actual delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, regional restrictions, courier delays, or incorrect/incomplete address details.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India. There are no additional delivery charges added at checkout for prepaid or standard orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, so you can follow your shipment's progress.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. A COD handling charge of ₹30 applies in addition to your order total — please keep this amount ready along with your order value at the time of delivery.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID, and we'll look into it with our courier partner on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
